Vivian Chahin Manzano

Vivian founded Laboratório do Consumidor 20 years ago. A sociologist graduated in Social Sciences at USP she worked with companies like Nestlé, Heublein and Abril Publishing Company as well as with Market Research Institutes as A.C. Nielsen, Ábaco, INESE, Marplan and Norton Publicidade. Vivian was also invited to address a lecturer in the Marketing specialization course at FEA-USP.


Stella Chahin Manzano

Graduated in Publicity and Advertising at FAAP in 2000, Stella also attended Geography classes at USP from 1996 to 2000. A professional with 13 years of experience, she worked in Strategic Planning sectors of some of the main agencies in the Brazilian market, as Fischer America, Loducca, Lowe, Ogilvy and was the director of the DM9 planning group in the last 6 years. Stella has worked in a number of categories in goods and services, and was in charge of planning the accounts of clients like Toyota, Harley Davidson, Net, Telefonica, Bohemia (Ambev), Fanta (Coca-Cola Company), Consul (Whirlpool), Nokia, Sadia, Comfort (Unilever) and Itaú, being granted with the Effie Award (iConta case) in 2011. She is nowadays one of the partners of Laboratório do Consumidor Market Research Institute. 

Paulo Henrique Macari

Graduated in Communications at ESPM he also attended Social Sciences at FFLCH-USP. He has worked with the main agencies of Brazil for 14 years. Since 2002 he has been working as a strategic planner. His previous jobs were with Fischer America (currently Fischer&Friends), Lew, Lara, JWT and Africa. He is experienced with domestic, multinational and governmental clients like Vivo, Banco Real, Bovespa, Toyota, Ford, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Diageo, J&J, Budweiser and Mitsubishi Motors. His main awards as a planner were: Grand Effie 2009 with the case “Bichos” of Ford and, Jay Chiat in 2010 with the case “Waving Flag” of Coca-Cola.
